Organisation: NBFC which was set up in 2009 to explore the domestic Indian markets through a Non banking platform which can offer a wider range of product basket on an open architecture model. Over past 10 years, they have successfully managed to create a dynamic team of seasoned Private Bankers with a total AUM in excess of 75,000 Cr. and reach across 26 cities in India and overseas branch in Oman.

With a focused approach to cater to the financial & non-financial needs of the UHNI/Family Office clients, their Wealth offering extends from end-to end portfolio advisory & aggregated portfolio reporting to transaction advisory and value-added professional services including estate planning and corporate finance.

Job Title: Product Specialist

Job Role: Product Specialist - MF Equity and PMS

Grade: AVP I

Location: Mumbai

Education: Post Graduate from a premier B-School - Tier 1

Experience: 5+ years of experience post MBA, preferably 2013/2014 batch into core product roles in equity as an asset class across MF, PMS and in international business in Private Wealth units of domestic/MNC banks

Key Skills:

- Strong domain on Investment Products especially MF & PMS

- Strong domain on financial analytics & portfolio management

- Sound understanding of the wealth management arms and hence the nuances of product structuring and customizations for HNWI client segments

- Strong market awareness of new offerings & propositions coming up in the private wealth segment and be able to gain first mover advantage in providing such offerings to our HNWI clients

- Strong sales focus and drive to be able to increase & expand market share for the respective product segment

- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to create mindshare amongst the RMs

- Existing relationships with fund managers across different fund houses

- Strong analytical skills

Key Deliverables:

- Drive market share and revenues of the mapped product segment

- Gain mindshare of RMs for the mapped products and drive sales

- Design & structure new/customized product offerings for HNWI clients

- Market & opportunity scanning for new ideas/ offerings which can create unique proposition for our HNWI clients and help us gain first mover advantage in the market

- Maintaining relationships and coordination with fund houses, internal teams for work purpose including fee design etc

- Producing & publishing MIS & analytics for corporate office

- Organizing and managing product trainings for RMs end-to-end
