Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end design, implementation, evolution, maintenance of assigned Regional SW Solutions Assets and related Services, regarding Credit Solutions Business line, insuring that budget and timelines are aligned with expectations.

- Build, develop and manage a proficient and thriving business analyst team. Coach, train, and develop staff ensuring accountabilities are being met to expectations.

- Proactively cooperate in the sale process, supporting the Sales organization of different countries in evaluating and successfully manage new business opportunities involving solutions and services of the Credit Solutions business line

- Manage project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking and ensuring implementation of project within defined timelines and budget, in cooperation with Global delivery and Global technology. Cooperate in managing external vendors/partners in execution of the projects.

- Contribute with new ideas in terms of solutions or process optimization.

- Maintain on-going and fluid communication with Credit Solutions Senior Manager to maximize organizational growth, accountability, and market stability terms of Asset Solutions to be provided.

- Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders across Delivery team, IT & related operations.

- Responsible for change management, issue management, documentation, knowledge base etc.

Minimum Qualification, Experience and desired profile :

- Post Graduation/MBA in engineering / computer science/ business

- More than 10 years of experience out of which 5 years of experience with full responsibilities of design/delivery/management of software solutions/services

- Domain experience in Banking / Finance/ Credit vertical will be substantial.

- Experience in Customer interaction at mid management level, excellent influencing skills

- Strong team management skills.

- Excellent problem solving, communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

- Professional experiences in fast paced, rapidly changing operations environments previous experience in a multinational Company or domain will be considered a plus.
