Designation Product Manager - Retail Assets Lending

You are required to have:
- At least 7 years of professional experience with last 2-3 years in a product manager role in consumer lending space, preferably consumer durables / phones etc.
- Higher education in the field of marketing and / or finance (premier School MBA a must)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, Influencing & persuasion & negotiation skills with a clear inclination towards Delivery and results-orientation, creativity and innovative thinking.
Your Key deliverables in the role would be:
- Market Scanning, Analyse Market and Competition
- Conceptualization/ development of new lending products
- Creation of business requirements, strategy, operational and servicing documentation
- Drive and program manage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders / cross functional
- BRD development & closure, Design Transaction Flow and management of other cross functional requirements, project Management, UAT signoffs and go to market
- Deliver / Launch new to market products
- Alliances - Development & relationship management for business development
- Manage product lifecycle - monitoring of performance and profitability
- Develop and implement commercial campaigns for retail lending products, promotional offers and cross-sale activities
- Manage the internal product trainings of related departments and sales points-
