- Helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements, and communicating them clearly to all parties.
- Communicating effectively with developers on explanation of end user requirements and validating the end implementation. Verifying that end result meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through automated testing platforms
- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with modelling business processes utilizing a variety of tools and techniques
- Wire-framing and mock-up creation skills using various tools.
