AVP - Product Management at a fast-growing startup targetting the global food and beverage market, which currently stands at $4.67 Tn.  LimeTray provides back-end technology assistance to restaurants, in terms of online presence management, customer relationship management, digital marketing, handling of orders and deliveries, as well as managing POS and CRM systems.   At present, LimeTray claims to serve more than 2,000 customers across India, Dubai, Indonesia, and Nigeria. The SaaS-based startup caters to big restaurant chains such as Burger King, Mad Over Donuts, Taco Bell, and Krispy Kreme, in addition to local and national F&B businesses.  In 2014, LimeTray raised Series A funding from Matrix Partners and has recently raised an undisclosed amount of funding from JSW Ventures. The funding will facilitate LimeTray's expansion in the global food and beverage market, which currently stands at $4.67 Tn.  Current Team Size: 180+  Current Office location: Delhi ( Soon the office will be relocating to Gurgaon)  Location: Gurgaon  Looking for someone to work closely with the founders, confident in taking ownership of products end to end. Someone who has seen a tech startup scale and enjoys a steep learning curve would be ideal.  Responsibilities:  - Align product vision and strategy as per business goals and translate product strategy into detailed documents and wireframes  - Take overall responsibility for success of the product by keeping track of product usage metrics and churn   - Consistent engagement with our global customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with our design and engineering teams.  - Collaborate with sales, account management and customer support teams for understanding customer pain points, discuss new ideas and give visibility on what is being built.   - Demonstrate product plan with new features, enhancements and timelines to all stakeholders   - Keep track of developments in global F&B industry   Requirements:  1) Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB)  2) At least 3-6 years of relevant product management experience and a total of 6+ years of experience  3) Should have handled product line or individual products themselves. Should have built roadmaps for their own products in the past independently   4) Should be a deep thinker and takes very calculated decisions. Should have had autonomy in previous companies to take decisions and not just build - what was told.   5) Should have had end-customer exposure as part of their previous PM roles
