Description - Our Client is Series B Funded Edtech Startup and is looking for a young Dynamic Product Head to lead one of the Product Verticals

Our Client is Series B Funded Edtech Startup, also an academic institution that aims at creating industry ready professionals with a unique pedagogy.

Description:

As the Product Head, you will be responsible for:

- Owning up the product vision for the assigned vertical, lead a thoughtful product strategy and define the product roadmap for the organization.

- Building consensus on the product roadmap across our management team, internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Mentor a team of senior product managers and be responsible for product execution which includes a substantial suite of B2C and B2B and Data management products.

- Implement Effective Product Development Processes. Expert understanding of agile development practices and product development processes and toolkits.

Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in product management

- Should ideally have managed a team (A must have)

- Experience leading data-driven product strategies and roadmaps.

- Effective decision-maker and can help teams understand the rationale and reasons for the product decisions and roadmap direction

- Thrive in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment

- Ability to interface appropriately at all levels

Good to have:
- Product management experience in Ed-Tech/CRM products

- Keen interest in Ed-tech sector
