Job Responsibilities :

- Develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements;

- Determining specifications, product launch plan, and developing marketing strategies

- Responsible for new Product Introduction and lifecycle management and Sourcing Numbers for respective products

- Build deep understanding of customer needs from research, data and competitive analysis, purchase funnels, and insights from other business departments

- Create new alliance and partnership to enhance product value prop

- Ensure regular audit of key processes and Development and maintenance of Product Collaterals
