Job Description :

- Accountable for end to end product strategy (road mapping, prioritization, execution) for entire business vertical

- Create business cases and get buy-ins from the LT on new product lines to generate revenue/profits

Our client is the fastest growing AgTech startup in India and the only full stack agri service provider. Currently they are connecting 7 lakh+ farmers in 7 States directly to 200+agri businesses like agri-input companies, institutional buyers and financial institutions.

Description :

- Coach and guide a team of APMs, PMs & Sr. PMs

- Accountable for end to end product strategy (roadmapping, prioritization, execution) for entire business vertical

- Be the voice of product for LT and all cross functional leaders - Ability to develop and leverage industry frameworks for product management

- Create business cases and get buy-ins from the LT on new product lines to generate revenue/profits

- Business domain expert with equal stake at the table to shape the business processes

- Co-own the roadmap of analytics & data science track of the business vertical

- Benchmark product practices with the peer & competing organizations, strive for continuous improvement

- Ensure that the culture of user empathy, experimentation & bias for action is deep rooted across the product ladder

- Product vision pruning

- Actively collaborate with design team and contribute to design principles & language

Profile :

- 9 to 12 years of experience Product Management in a Fintech/Ecommerce product

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to travel and capture the pulse of the end users

- Strong leadership and people management skills
