AVP - Product Development/Marketing - BFSI

We are looking for candidates with Product Development experience for the Marketing Department.

Location : Mumbai.

Education : MBA Marketing Full time

Experience : 15 + years

Position reporting to : CEO

Candidates from Banks, Insurance, ecommerce companies would be preferred.

Main Tasks :

1. To lead a team of Product Department handling Product life cycle management, new product launch and improvements/ enhancements in existing products, understanding customer requirements and profile.

2. To build a strong relationship management with Parent company/ vendors/ customers / stakeholders to achieve sales target.

3. He will prepare PROCESS NOTE/ product design hand-out for each product before launch- Include all stakeholders-Legal, Compliance, Operations, Vendors, Zonal Heads.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Generation of new ideas for BTL / ATL marketing activities

2. Relationship management with stakeholders & Vendors

3. To make a road map to achieve sales target by stakeholders

4. Monitoring external environment and competition benchmarking

5. Enhance product development to meet market standards

6. Strategizing to develop new channel for sales of products

7. Handling entire product life cycle

8. Data analysis on the past records to make strategy accordingly
