AVP - Product Development Cycle - Two Wheeler Tyre

- Responsible for all design and development activities of TBR, PC and 2-Wheeler tires.

- Will be responsible for leading the on highway product development team.

- Manage risk associated with TBR products sold in the USA by utilizing an intricate knowledge of NHTSA regulations.

Key Result Areas

- Conduct Market / Customer analysis, competitor analysis on regular basis.

- Successful implementation of NPD/PLC plans across the regions.

- Managing existing product segments.

- Identify & correct performance gaps and plan corrective actions/selects material/performance enhancement.

- Design, develop and validate new innovative products in on highway segment.

- Conceptualization and effective implementation of initiatives.

- Know-how transfer and internal NPD capability enhancement, strengthening of internal processes and team.

- To ensure effective cost optimization.

- Provide Product Technical support for entire on highway product portfolio.
