AVP - Product Control - Female Candidates only ROLE SUMMARY: - Review daily P&amp;L, understand risk positions and market moves for P&amp;L explanation and review flash vs formal differences - Service ad hoc queries from traders related to trading revenue and Balance Sheet - Engage with risk managers on risk positions and P&amp;L - Gain an understanding of provisioning and price testing controls, and review month end working - Perform daily validation and substantiation of P&amp;L and attributed P&amp;L (Greek Attribution) - Review month end adjustments and Balance Sheet validation - Review and analyze complex financial reports/statements - Ensure teams' KPI and SLA are met - Undertake Product Controls system related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing, change the bank/change management/process excellence, etc. - Reporting &amp; resolution of manual adjustments and breaks - Greek Attribution ROLE REQUIREMENTS: - 8 + years of experience largely in a Product Control environment - CA/ CS/ MBA/ CIMA or a graduate in Accounts/Commerce - Strong financial product knowledge (Equity, Commodities, Fixed Income &amp; FX) - Strong people management skills - Ability to work across global stakeholders - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Flexible to work across APAC (5.30/6.30AM) or EMEA (1:30/2:30 PM start time) time zone
