AVP - Procurement Consulting/Analytics - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO based in Pune/ Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore OR Pune in India

Role

- The Practice is now looking for Senior Practice Lead to play a critical role in showcasing practice capability, driving revenue growth. This role is focused towards Sourcing & Procurement domain in the Analytics Practice. This role-holder would be responsible for:-

Responsibilities

- Function as a - Subject Matter Expert- in for Sourcing and Procurement domain within the Analytics Practice

- Conceptualize and define Business Metrics relevant to the engagement's & take complete ownership for driving them

- Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team

- Anchor key discussions with the clients around Procurement Processes, ERP gaps etc

- Participate in the advancement of Infosys Analytics solutions

- Conduct trainings to end users (Infosys) on Procurement Analytical Solutions

- Procurement Data Classification - classify invoice and PO records to a specified hierarchy

- Conduct data reviews to ensure high quality and accuracy of reports

- Have exposure to process improvements projects

- Ensures compliance to governance model and build long term relationship with stakeholders, handles and sorts out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business

What are we looking for in you:

- Educational Requirements (Must have)

Graduation in Engineering with at least 11 years of Experience, OR

PG / Master of Business Administration, with at least 9 years, OR

Non Engineering Graduate with at least 12 years of Experience

- Experience Requirements (Must have)

Experience of minimum 6 - 8 years of work experience in Sourcing and Procurement domain in areas like Sourcing (including Sourcing Events), Category Management, Spend Management, Tail Spend etc. with experience in either Consulting or Solution Design

Experience of 3 - 4 years in either of Analytics domain / Business Consulting or Solution Design domain

- Other Skills (Good to have)

Knowledge of on any of the analytical tools (SAS, - R-, Tableau etc.). Analytics specific Certifications may be advantageous

Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data

Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around S&P Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.

Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists.

Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
