AVP - Process Re-Engineering - Financial Domain (8-16 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1) Implementation of business process improvement within the markets.
2) Document end-to-end processes in order to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, inconsistencies or unnecessary elements.
3) Establishment of strong business process re-engineering discipline.
4) A significant proportion of this role will be focused on delivering change that eliminates manual processing or defined process weaknesses identified in audit reviews and should be mindful of the need to eliminate the identified risks involved in the legacy processes.
Knowledge & Experience :
1) Experience in large scale business transformation using Six Sigma and Black Belt.
2) Understanding of reference data processes.
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills required
4) Must be well organised and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently
