AVP - Process Engineer - COO Management & Strategy Team - BFS

Role Description:

The Process Engineer (PE) leads change through repeatable engineering disciplines and digital automation. In this role, you will support high profile Operations 4.0 program to optimize and digitize the banks operational processes.

As a member of the COO Management and Strategy team, you will work across products and geographies within the Corporate Bank, Investment Bank and Capital Release Unit to achieve COO strategic objectives. The roles will be based in India NOC across Jaipur, Pune and Bangalore locations.

In this role you will be responsible to drive simplification, standardization and automation of operations while also building capabilities for day-to-day process-based analytics and control.

Your Key Responsibilities - 

- Define, measure and analyze current state processes using Lean methods and process analytics to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation

- Design E2E target state processes and implementation roadmaps that integrate strategic objectives for operations (TOM), technology, business and product management teams

- Work with Operations, Technology, Business and other partners in redesigning processes and defining opportunities for digital automation - along with business case and Agile delivery plan

- Institute programs for Continuous Process Improvement by providing training and coaching to Ops teams in application of Lean principles and tools

- Leverage process analytics and simulation tools to run scenario/ impact analysis for changes in staffing, automation, products, volumes, regulation, and controls

Your Skills and Experience:

As Process Engineer you will leverage and build upon a working knowledge and expertise that include:

- Lean, process engineering and process-based management disciplines (min. 5 years)

- Process modeling, mining, analytics and simulation

- Digital Process Automation (Workflow Mgmt., RPA, OCR/ ICR, AI/ML)

- Principles and methods for Process Design/Enterprise Architecture

- Degree from accredited technical/engineering program and/ or other qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma or process engineering
