Looking for experienced in Prime Brokerage services within Investment Banks

Designation: AVP (Supervisory role)

Experience: 12-15 years (with atleast 5-7 years people management experience)

Work Location : Gurugram

Shifts : US Shift

Skill set : Prime Brokerage services, People management skills

Requirements :-

- The process covers brokerage payable for products like Foreign Exchange, Credit Derivatives, Rates Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities and Futures.

- A people manager role.Apart from team and delivery management, the incumbent will be expected to be able to:

1. Formulate Strategies and Policies

2. Arrangement and Allocation of Team Funds

3. Translates business strategy into work programs and processes

4. Directs lower-level managers or team leaders or directly manages a specialty function

- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class.

- Proven track to Execute and Deliver

- Risk and internal controls experience

- Manage teams across time zones and regions - APAC / EMEA / AMRS

- Ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure.

- Ability to manage large teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.

- Successful track record in the capital markets industry

1. Good appreciation of current market trends in Capital Markets

2. Good (in depth at Manager Level) understanding of one or more capital markets product areas (including OTC and exchange traded / listed derivatives, equity and fixed income securities, repo / stock lending, commodities and FX)

3. Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated project objectives and meet tight deadlines

4. Process Improvement - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modeling, Process Metrics

5. Good understanding of end to end process flows for the various capital markets participants (broker/dealers, asset managers, prime brokers, custodians, market infrastructure)

6. Ability to work under limited supervision (- self-starter- ) in unstructured environments

Note :

- Looking for candidates who are currently working in Multi National Investment Banks only.

- Should be from BFSI Domain.
