Role Requirements :

Seeking A Pricing Expert from Life Reinsurance Domain

- Interfacing with life insurance company clients, understanding clients' markets/needs, and monitoring market trends, actuarial related development.

- Placing and Assisting in Life Reinsurance Placements (Facultative and Treaty), using actuarial, insurance and products training to structure, negotiate and assist in selling reinsurance arrangements / capital solutions in partnership with experts from that optimize economic value for insurers/clients based on products' best estimate assumptions.

- Ability to explain actuarial analysis to clients, and knowledge of IRDAI Reinsurance Regulations

- Understanding the dynamics of the Indian Life Insurance/Reinsurance environment.

- Ability to grasp readily Value Proposition.

- Client management and consistent deliverability company offerings with a focus on servicing current relationship and expanding the opportunities in the existing base in addition to new clients.

Technical Skills:

- MSOffice Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

General Skills:

- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.

- Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Good Networking skills and Relationship Management skills.

- Strong Communication and presentation skills.

Prior Experience:

- 5-10+ years of experience in Life insurance, General insurance, insurance broking industry.

- Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.

- Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.

- Reinsurance knowledge preferred.

Education/ Qualification:

Post Graduate and Graduate. Additional Life Insurance qualifications preferred.
