AVP - Practice Leader - Telecom Domain Expert - Consulting (18-22 yrs)
Seeking a Telecom Domain Expert with demonstrable experience in having led and delivered transformation programmes and CxO advisory projects in Digital / BSS / OSS / Operations
The candidate should have mentored and developed domain-centric Centre of Excellences
The candidate should have experience in consulting-driven go-to-market solutions
The person should be a hands-on consultant that is willing to take on client billable assignments as part of the job (30-40%)
The ideal candidate should have a strong personal brand and be active in industry forums as a presenter, author of thought leadership articles, published papers, good social media presence etc.
The candidate should be open to travels to client locations for short-term advisory engagements
The candidate should have good people management experience and skills and a very high EQ
The candidate should be operationally savvy and capable of running an optimized practice (preferably, should have managed an independent P&L)
The candidate is expected to have strong executive-level client relationship management skills
The candidate should have strong relationships with prior client executives, that may result in new business opportunities for the company.
The ideal candidate would have worked for companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, BCG or similar. Alternatively, they would have worked in the consulting arm of companies like Tech M, Wipro, Accenture or Cognizant.
