AVP - POSH - Internal Compliance Committee
- Partnering with BG HR leadership, develops elite strategies and capability to cultivate positive work environments to effectively mitigate workplace related disciplinary related risks to the company's brand equity.
- Leads development and implementation prevention of Whistleblower & POSH employee strategies
- Advises business leadership on the implications of short and long term decisions of organization significance while dealing with Whistleblower and POSH
- Maintains a strong collaborative relationship with the NGO's and other agencies /individuals which can support by providing guidance being on ICC committees.
- Overall responsibility for assessing and coordinating development of proactive action plans to address locations vulnerable to disciplinary issues.
- Leads the development and delivery of best-in-class training modules on prevention training on disciplinary framework.
- Provides regular updates to key stakeholders on emerging POSH, whistleblower and other disciplinary topics.
- Create training interventions for continual sensitization of employees on various aspects related to POSH and disciplinary
- Own, improve and manage the organizational reporting frameworks and systems on disciplinary reporting
- Keeps informed through associations and networks on changing country laws, international standards, and emerging developments in the areas of POSH and disciplinary
- Manages the central data repository for POSH and whistleblower cases.
