Please find the details below Role - Head - Platform Monetisation (AVP) Important Note - Should have&nbsp;Excellent functional knowledge of payment industry (Digital and Cash) 1. Will need to understand the payment processing platform for cash and non-cash and create different commercials models that can be offered to existing as well as new customers. 2. Create business plan for each of the products and services that can be offered on the platform and work closely with sales and RM team to ensure that the target is achieved. 3. Work with Card schemes, potential brand partners to bring in promotional schemes for customers. 4. Coordinate with product team to drive GTM strategy for new products as well as the release of features/functionalities in accordance with the business plan. 5. Drive partnerships with different solution providers/businesses to compliment the propositions offered. 6. Lead presentations of products and solutions to senior executives of customer organisations. 7. Create a team of presales to support sales function. 8. Support international sales teams in pitching the solutions with right commercials models. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 1. Excellent functional knowledge of payment industry (Digital and Cash) 2. Well networked in the industry including card schemes and banks 3. Proven track record of achieving the target numbers. 4. Experience of 14-18 years in Business development, B2B sales, product mgmt. in payment industry. 5. Graduate or post graduate in Business Management.&nbsp;
