AVP - Performance Marketing - Jewellery Business

India's leading silver jewellery and natural diamond jewellery brand is looking for AVP-Performance Marketing in Karnataka, Candidate must have got Experience with website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends, Firebase, appflier etc, and D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for setting the overall organization-wide Performance Marketing and Acquisition

- Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across all ad platforms including google and facebook.

- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue

- Own the delivery on user growth target. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app and web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs.

- Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and channel quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our website and mobile app and digital channels for offline stores (EBO and SIS) to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.

- Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning

Desired Profile :

- Proven performance marketing experience and working with the creative and content team to get high performing creatives

- Ability to setup/optimize campaigns and measure their performance. Well versed with data tracking tools such as Google Analytics

- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends,Firebase,appflier etc.)

- Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics

- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in a fast-paced internet/D2C environment

- A combination of analytical and creative thinking

- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing growth led environment

- Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
