AVP Payroll & Benefits Transactions and Vendor Management-APAC
- This role will need a strong oversight on regulatory, statutory reporting, knowledge on corporate law, payroll and accounting standards, expertise in income tax and labor laws.
- This role will aim and gives importance towards a strong framework and work extensively towards effective monitoring of vendors contracts, all aspects of payroll and benefits controls & risk, coordination with key principals in respect to vendors operations & systems, fixing of gaps, if any, reviews methodologies, daily management / tracking of operations, Regular Audits, operational incidents for payroll, benefits, perform independent risk reviews in VRM tool for all critical processes in payroll & benefits in India, coordination on end to end Audit and control implementation across the processes.
Experience / Exposure :
- The individual must have a working knowledge of HR Operations, Investment Banking, their systems and procedures. Through their understanding of the business they will have experience of the markets they operate in, the participants and their methods.
- They will be aware of various risks inherent in the Operations spack and be experienced in managing and identifying these risks.
