Description :
- Develop relationship with banks and Payment gateways, acquirer.
- Identify new payment solutions globally as per business requirement and on-board them
- Continuously optimise payment experience for customers.
- Identify credit card failure reason and optimise them by coordinating with technical team, Acquirer, Networks
- Periodically negotiate the commercials with payment gateways and minimise the cost.
- Prepare daily and weekly Management MIS for credit card failures
- Implement Risk based rules to minimise fraud.
- Analyse payment, Conversions, and user data to make decision recommendations.
- Detect irregularities, flagged transactions, and take necessary actions to prevent fraud.
- Protect charge back cases received from payment gateways and Banks
- Prepare Monthly MIS on charge backs
Profile :
- Should have experience in Payment Solutions and maintaining relationships with Banks and Payment Gateways
- Has to be operationally strong in Payment Solutions
