Job Title - Lead Projects – Procure to Pay Process

Level - Asst. Vice President

Reports to - Head Delivery - Procure to Pay

Experience - 10 – 12 years

Qualification - Any Master Degree, MBA – Finance , CA

- Should consider the candidate who is in to projects not into operation.

- Must have managed Project management , People management, Process re engineering , Process Automation,

- Should have exposure to Procure to Pay Process

- Should have managed a team of 20/30 Ppl, (Current team size with client is around 70) . If PMP, Six Sigma certification is a ++

CTC - Maximum 30 Lacs

Should have Excellent Communication

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES -

This role is that of an experienced projects person in finance area

1. Take charge of change initiatives, bring structured project planning

2. Ensure the projects are executed as planned, delays escalated & resolved

3. Liaise with counterparts (location teams) &/or IT to bring process changes

4. Liaise with region based teams to bring industrialization of processes

Primary deliverables of the role will be -

Process automation -

- Automate various manual processes as per global standards in order to mitigate risk or save manual efforts

Industrialization -

- Bring standardization in way of working across regions & various countries

Process enhancement -

- Implement process enhancement / reporting initiatives in coordination with operations team in order to have a robust and risk free process

KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED -

- Strong Project Management (Planning, Execution and Reporting) experience either in technology related to finance or operations

- Strong change management experience. Change management experience in P2P area will be an advantage

- Strong experience in leading process automation

- Ensure proper adherence to governance /participation in Steerco meetings when needed with stakeholders

- Proven capability of bring strong productivity and efficiency gains

- Experience in Managing or co-coordinating large scale projects

- Strong experience in Process Reengineering. Six Sigma will be a plus
