Role and responsibilities : - Understand internal customer needs and adopt a solution management approach - Plan future business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders - Selecting, implementing and supporting OSP solutions (examples are ERP Implementation, implementing school management system, data warehousing, HRIS implementation, ZOHO etc). - Conduct Portfolio management of applications and undertake 3rd party services evaluation - Plan and manage upgrades and migrations - Product Vendor engagement and tracking their deliverables; contract management; - Leading team of application owners and mentoring them. Working knowledge of various applications : - Oracle EBS experience - General business and technology skills, industry knowledge - OSP product portfolio management skills. - Product : Solid knowledge of off the shelf product lifecycle management. - Best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
