- Develop and sustain organizational development, effectiveness and change management solutions / interventions to support organizational vision and business requirements
- Strong domain knowledge of OD - processes, strategies and frameworks; in-depth market understanding and execution excellence
- Take an insightful approach to diagnose business challenges
- Assess OD needs of business
- Provide strategic direction and management of assessment, conceptualization, design and roll-out of various short-term and long-term OD interventions around structure, processes and HR / talent management practices to gain a competitive advantage
- Leverage data from tools like performance reviews, employee surveys and business and HR metrics to develop insightful solutions
- Utilize effective change management tools / techniques to embed and sustain acceptance, adoption and usage of OD initiatives
- Stay current on industry best practices and leverage this knowledge to benchmark the developed solutions
- Have a keen eye for measuring effectiveness of various solutions with clear, specific metrics
- Collaborate across HR functions to ensure convergence and execution of various initiatives
Experience : 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience of OD in Consulting / IT / KPO organizations; experience of working in large multi- cultural organizations
Organization Structure : Reports to Director - Human Resources
