AVP- Organizational Change Management
Our client is a leading financial institution seeking for an experienced AVP for Organizational Change Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large sized organizational change projects including the envisioning, definition of business requirements and processes, through to systems development, testing and implementation.
- Create business case, conceptual designs and translate business priorities and requirements into actionable, structured, project plans.
- Change Strategy, Change Impact Analysis, Developing Training Plan.
- Forming and communicating change agenda and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- MBA / CA/ PG in Finance / Economics from a reputed institute with 8-14 years of relevant work experience.
- Change management skills with at least 5 years of experience in organizational change management project.
- Understanding of financial products, banking environment, basic IT infrastructure and Middle Office / Back Office processes & procedures
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communicator who can work with cross functional global teams.
