AVP - Order To Cash Operations - BPO/KPO

- Managing multi-geo global order to cash delivery for a leading global retailer to support their topline growth

- Build and develop next generation order to cash function through analytical and technology interventions

- Lead multi geo / multi-cultural teams across multiple continents

- Provide delivery leadership in new deals on order to cash

- Domain expertise on order management and order fulfillment in retail industry

- Both B2B and B2C focus having exposure to E commerce channel

- Exposure in managing customer relation with end customers through multiple channels

- Analytical and able to provide insights to customer as to how to develop and implement OTC strategy

- Demonstrated delivery capabilities in a multi geo delivery operation and managing close to ~200 people

- Front ending with senior management on customer side

- Strong transformational capability with demonstrated capabilities in OTC

- Above average communication and presentation skills

- Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

- Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.

- Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

- Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.

- Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.

- Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.

- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.

- Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.

- Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements.

- Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place.

- Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
