AVP- - Ops - Retail Banking
A LEADING BPO SECTOR LOOKING AVP -RETAIL BANKING -CALL CENTER BASED OUT OF BANGALORE.
LOCATION –Bangalore
Position – Associate Vice President
Exp: 14+yrs
Reporting to - Center Head.
Responsibility --
- Critical skill: Direct ability/experience to manage call center delivery (hands on knowledge of call center operations & dynamics, SLA- , people- , WFM- and technology management)
- Critical skill: Working knowledge of Banking (assets and liabilities) domain including Retail Banking, Debit and Credit Cards and Mortgage domains. Candidate must have knowledge of either Retail Banking or Cards. Mortgage will be an added advantage.
- P&L ownership and ability to manage P&L, interaction with relevant departments, understanding of various components of the P&L and typical range of costs
- Ownership, maintenance and management of contractual documents
- Exposure to managing entire hierarchy up to a PDH level – appraisals, skips, support functions
- Currently managing a span of 250+ FTEs
Additional requirements --
- Candidates from third party BPO’s preferred
- Experience of having managed non-voice is an advantage
