- Management of card operation process (Post issuance). - To deliver error free operations for cards with specific focus on process efficiency and controls. - Supervising the overall Card Operations activities. - Management of card payment modes - Management of Post Issuance unit vendors - Drive implementation of customer service initiatives for card operations - Effectively manage the function to ensure productivity and simplification goals are met - Drive process standardization and improvements to achieve desired results - Identify, design and undertake analysis to facilitate process and/or technology change initiatives - Follow up and solving card system issue. - Team handling experience is a must.
