- Handling Medical coding.
- Heading the Transitions team.
- Revenue & Cost
- Production Management
- Transition Support
- Handling a team of staffs including coders, team leaders, assistant managers and trainers
- Process Improvements
- Project Managemen
- SPOC between Operations, Technology, Training, Recruitment and Finance.
- Activity planning, contingency planning, devising policies and framework to ensure smooth operations
- Monitoring and managing client feedback and customer escalations.
- Staffing, succession planning, training and cross training plan creation
- Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in transitioning and implementing processes
Criteria:- Only medical coding experience required
