Job Description :

The food industry in India is BIG, but still operated with age-old practices and technology. Well, we are here to shake things up!

Over here, we are building the next generation food company, and looking for people who will help redefine how every aspect of the food business is run. If you are the kind of person who looks at a pizza and starts questioning how they manage to prepare & deliver in less than 30 minutes, we are the company for you!

If selected, you would be a part of the top management, and would be heading a critical business/operations vertical over here (e.g. Delivery Logistics, Kitchen operations, category management etc.).

We would like you to create the department from ground-up(what's the fun in running something already built) and define the processes & day to day functioning of the department. You would be responsible for designing and building your organization, and ensuring it runs smoothly.

We love solving problems, and expect you to build your department the same way, by questioning old problems and ways of working, to come up with new and innovative ways of running the operations.

Requirement :

- Strong Analytical Skills. Logical & Data Driven.

- Proven Ability in Setting up Processes & Building Teams

- Extremely Good at Problem Solving. Ability to breakdown problems & issues and arriving at solutions using first principles.

- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills.

Qualification :

For MBA profiles :

- 2012/2013 batch of IIM A/B/C/L, XLRI

- Preferably working in a mature late-stage startup right now, the likes of Flipkart/Amazon/Ola/Urban ladder

Campus placement in one of the following :

- Top-tier consulting firm(Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, ATK, Booze etc.) as junior associate/senior analyst/consultant

- Top-tier marketing company - HUL/P&G

- Top-tier general management company - TAS, Aditya Birla group

For B.tech profiles :

- 2010/11/12/13 batch of top-tier campuses (Top-7 IITs, Top 7 NITs, DU, DCE, Xaviers etc.)

- Preferably working in a mature late-stage startup right now, the likes of Flipkart /Amazon/Ola/Urban ladder

Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following:

- ITC/P&G/HUL

- Top-tier consulting firm (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, ATK, Booze etc.) as Business analyst

- Top-tier investment bank

Compensation : Industry standards
