Job Description –

JD:

- Lead the operations team - for all customer operations - customer care, logistics, vendor management, returns, exchanges, logistics, invoicing.

- Interact with the finance team on reconciliations and settlement.

Requirement:

- Should have handled operations in an e-commerce situation for a year or more - have a fair bit of understanding of process flows, standard operating procedures, best practices. Should have led and managed a team.
