AVP - Operations - AIF - CA

Our client is a renowned asset management firm, looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join its operations team as an AVP. This full-time role involves managing the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Gift City-registered Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and other funds. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills, particularly with experience in setting up global funds in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of AIFs, SPVs, and other funds in the Gift City office.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and operational guidelines for alternate investment funds.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and fund managers.

- Assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the funds.

- Support the setup and operationalization of global funds within India.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 9-13 years of relevant experience in AIF operations, with a focus on setting up and managing global funds in India.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation.

- In-depth understanding of AIF operations.

Good to Have:

- Additional experience or knowledge in fund operations and regulatory frameworks in the Indian financial sector.
