AVP - Operations - 3PL Services (8-15 yrs)
We are HIRING AVP - Operations for one of our clients - a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Company to be stationed at Delhi NCR to look after the warehouse operations PAN India - to accelerate the growth and develop a larger market presence.
This job requires collaboration with the senior leaders for devising strategy and managing the multi-location operations to derive results, improvise the quality of operations enhancing the client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve productivity, keeping then aligned them with the company values and goals.
- Responsible to ensure client retention and delight, coordinating with the client service operations.
- Coordinate with the various functions within the organization to manage internal and external deliverables.
- Manage contracts and relations with the stakeholders - Clients as well as Growth Partners.
- Spearhead the technology solutions in operations.
- Ensure compliance with the law, evaluate risk, and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Be at the forefront of the business development initiatives to work with the senior leaders in nurturing deals.
We are looking for a Postgraduate / MBA-qualified data analytic-oriented leader with proven experience in outsourced operations management in senior positions.
Job Location: Stationed at Delhi NCR should spearhead the Operations of around 700 K sq. ft. Warehouse spread PAN India
