AVP - Operational Risk Management (15-17 yrs)
- Ensure continual improvement in operational risks areas at all levels. The position is required to adopt a partnership approach to understand underlying risks and recommend appropriate fit-for-purpose practices in all COEs & enabling functions such as Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, etc.
- Plan and conduct entity level risk identification and risk quantification in line with group framework
- Support direct report in detailed investigations of key incidents management reported in incident tool
- Engage with stakeholders to revise entity level key risk indicators (KRIs) and monitor on periodic basis
- Track risk response action tracker with stakeholders and report on periodic basis
- Manage and support COEs on transition risks assessments (TRA) during migration of processes
- Ensure timely renewal of corporate insurance policies and corporate claim reimbursements
- Actively participates in the development of risk policies, review and update operating procedures
- Embed and align Internal Control framework into operational risk management
- Perform gap analysis, conduct testing of potential risk areas, challenge self-assessments and identify reportable issues
- Periodically provide training and guidance to staffs on various areas of Operational Risk Management (build awareness)
