AVP - Mutual Fund Operations - BFSI

Major responsibilities:

- Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it.

- MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.

- Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.

- Coordination with RTA.

- Smooth coordination with all the stake holders - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution

- Handling various day to day transaction activities.

- Monitoring activities and handling evaluation of Agents performance

- Reconciliation of Bank accounts

- Coordinating with custody and fund accounting team

- Generating daily and projected cash flows

- Subscription, Redemption and Switch reconciliations

- Regulatory and Audit reports

- Ensuring Agents are compliant with Regulatory framework.

- Support to sub agents regarding transactions, software installation, reimbursements and reconciliation.

- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience (preferably in mutual fund operations)

Salary offered: 25-40LPA
