Mandatory : - Candidate must be willing to work in UK shifts - Experience of MSP, fiserve. Experience of other servicing systems is added advantage - Strong understanding of compliance (CFPB and state laws) - Good experience / understanding on investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA etc) Pre-requisite for the role: - Deep domain knowledge of Mortgage Processes (Mortgage Servicing) and demonstrated knowledge of Mortgage operations, products and services - Demonstrated the ability for conceptualizing and helping develop and launch new mortgage products in the market place - Strong understanding of compliance (CFPB and state laws) - Good experience / understanding on investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA etc) - Experience of MSP, fiserve. Experience of other servicing systems is added advantage - Ability to understand client requirement, business imperatives &amp; their pain points. - Knowledge of US Mortgage market regulations and trends - A thought leader in the Mortgage industry Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: - Experience of around 16 years plus largely in managing a Mortgage Product based business - Ability to keep abreast with any new market developments and identify new opportunities. - Ability to create a compelling case about the Organization's ability to meet client requirements and address client pain points - Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management and key decision makers at client organization Job description: 1. To lead and support in enhancing the organization's product and service capabilities in the Mortgage Industry 2. Participate actively in all product/ service discussions both internally and with clients/ partners 3. To be hands on w.r.t to creating the required documentation, workflows, BRD for new product development 4. Support the India/ US team in the product planning, designing, development and implementation phase of new/ existing products 5. Would be required to research and advice on new trends/ product opportunities that can be taken to market 6. Completely own the responsibility of product development within the servicing area and ensure the final product solution is meeting the client needs 7. Support in product implementation of new/ existing products 8. Represent the Organization in industry conferences and present the products in those forums 9. Prepared to travel overseas on need basis to assist in product development activities
