Job Description:

Based out of Bangalore and reporting into a Director, you will be responsible for:

- Manage a growing Team of Analysts (Presently 6) that will include both project and performance management

- Support model development reviews and validations, which include reviewing model assumptions, examining data used in building the model, verifying the mathematical formulation, independently recoding the model, and developing similar models to perform benchmarking, and writing validation reports.

- Perform ongoing model annual validation

- Support model documentation/inventory

- Hands on analytics to help solve challenging issues

- Play a key role as the first check point for project quality of team members

- Manage planning, performance, and administration of the team

The Successful Applicant:

As a successful applicant you should have:

- 8+ years of relevant work experience with extensive knowledge of MIS & Data Management principles and Information Systems development, with particular emphasis on model development and validation projects

- Experiences in managing modeling projects and lead cross-functional efforts.

- Experience with Statistical programming required Must demonstrate ability to successfully engage in multiple projects Program managing MIS/Report development , Data management activities

- Previous experience in similar roles - Handling large volume of data, Advanced SAS is must.

- Hands-On knowledge on the following technologies - SAS, UNIX, VBA, Automation etc
