AVP - Mergers & Acquisitions/Investments - BFS - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description :

1. Supporting Group Senior Management in decision making for overall financial & strategic planning, investment decisions and capital allocation for the group

2. In-depth strategic analysis of Industries (Existing Industry verticals of the Group as well as any new industry verticals of opportunity that may arise for the Group)

3. Execution of strategic M&A opportunities of the Group including valuation analysis and support in negotiations

4. Develop systems and processes for, and conduct periodic review of operating and financial performance of various group companies

5. Develop, support and implement various value enhancing initiatives across various group companies

6. Support in developing and executing risk management framework for the group

7. Prepare and maintain financial models, including evaluating key assumptions, building scenarios and performing sensitivity analyses

8. Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

9. Assist Group Senior Management with business approvals, financial and business monitoring, performance analysis and organizational development initiatives.

Ideal Profile :

1. 12+ years of core Investment Banking / Mergers and Acquisition experience

2. MBA from Tier 1 Institutes or CA

3. Good communications and experience of working on large ticket deals (100 Mil $ and above)
