AVP - Merchant Banking

Keiretsu is currently hiring for a renowned corporation for the role of:

AVP - ECM Merchant Banking

Experience needed - 10+ years

Location - Delhi /Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Execution for all merchant banking assignment (including Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO, Rights Issue, delisting, open offer, buy back, ESOP, structuring, etc).

- Correspondences / Interaction with regulatory authorities, e.g. SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc

- Due Diligence, drafting of offer document / prospectus, public announcements and agreements

- Preparation and maintenance of various data base required for analytical purpose

- Preparation of financial model and information memorandum

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
