AVP - Merchant Alliances - Payment App/Mobile Store

Job Role Position : AVP - Merchant Alliances

Job Purpose : Responsible for managing the merchant relationships for the payment platform & getting new payment alliances for Partnerships on the Mobile store and Mobile payment applications

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Responsible for new partnerships and alliances with merchants for payment app & Mobile store Integration of their platforms for online payments integration of their platform and services

- Gather functional requirements and support rapid development for projects that will directly increase online Merchant store transactions

- Conduct post project assessment and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful product elements

- Running digital campaigns for customers & engaging with various channels ( Branch, call center, email etc.) to drive online merchant store usage

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Should have delivered business via online platform

- Experience in building consumer internet products will be a plus

- Excellent eye for end to end product experience

- Candidate with experience in e-Commerce /Online Product manager will be a plus

- Experience in generating business via digital campaigns

- Candidate with a high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is best suited for this role

Qualification : MBA Preferred
