AVP - Marketing - Retail/Hospitality (12-15 yrs)
- Drive marketing strategy & revenue maximization through client sponsored events, internal events, selling of signages etc
- Implement advertising, branding & PR strategy to increase consumption & footfalls
- Develop market positioning & drive all branding activities to increase consumption
- Formulate & effectively implement marketing calendar
- Increase revenue via SOH, events, LED screen, barters, outdoors, etc.
- Periodic benchmarking with competition to adopt industry best practices & innovative processes, from overall customer experience perspective
- Responsible for Annual marketing budget including revenue & expense projections; should have managed a minimum Rs. 10 crore budget
- Drive customer & retailer satisfaction surveys, communicate results to teams, take corrective actions to enhance customers & retailers experience
- Strive to achieve world-class d- cor using renowned artists /designers /visualizers from across the country at a limited cost to deliver visually-astounding installations
- Create unique properties like Art program, large scale music events, top international artists & effectively implement; Alliances & Partnerships for curating events with 3rd parties
- Assess technical & commercial feasibility and finalize various agencies (events, creative)
- Maintain favorable brand image by adequate media coverage at regular intervals
- All Digital Marketing initiatives; Website, Social Media, Digital Online & Onground events
- Content marketing though bloggers & influencers, social media handles
- Work closely with Creative, Advertising, Public Relations, Market Research, Event Management agencies, print & electronic media, Retailers, Corporates, government etc
- Good exposure to creative, branding & promotions, PR, media, large scale event management,
- Digital Marketing, pricing, budgeting, Luxury or bridge to luxury in retail or hospitality preferred
- MBA, 12-15 years experience, 35-38 years' of age, M/F, Rs. 26-30 lakhs per annum
