General Manager - Marketing - Real Estate Developer

Looking at candidates from Commercial Real Estate Developers ONLY.

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulation and implementation of the branding strategy in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place

- Use all market insight/research/goodwill/connect with third party research agencies, IPC- s, occupiers, PR agencies, media to draw up the PR/Corporate Communication plan for the commercial business

- Conceptualize marketing campaigns in collaboration with respective teams during launch or sustenance phase of the projects

- Finalize the communication strategy for projects, including finalizing the project positioning and communication route

- Overlooking the execution of project level BTL activations

- Work closely with Digital team on building Digital outreach program through Website / SEO / Social Media.
