Role and Responsibility:

Must have:

- Prior experience in B2B company (preferably IT services) is a must.

- Prior team management experience is a must.

Experience: 9 years to 13 years

Salary: AVP (25-30)Lacs

Role:

This position will be responsible for overall digital & content marketing strategy & execution.The candidate should have team management capabilities and hands on exposure across gamut of digital marketing activities. An ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital and content marketer who will lead all digital & content marketing initiatives with an objective to increase brand awareness and generate leads on digital channels. This will include (but not limited to) maintaining digital presence on website, social media, marketing automation, lead nurturing, content marketing, SEO and PPC.

Skills:

- Self-motivated with a passion for digital and content marketing

- Managerial skills, attention to detail, multitasking, proficient writing and editing, analytical bent of mind and fair amount of technical skills in terms of marketing automation

- Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.

- Sound understanding of content marketing principles

- Sound understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, paid marketing, social media marketing

- Metrics driven marketer with knack to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for overall digital & content marketing strategy & execution.

- You will lead all digital & content marketing initiatives with an objective to increase brand awareness and generate leads on digital channels.

- You will lead a team of content marketers, digital marketers, SEO specialists, designers, PPC experts and will be responsible to mentor, manage and train it

- Collaborate with various functions to deliver a content marketing strategy

- Conceive, create, distribute and promote various marketing resources after understanding the customer buying cycle, various customer segments and pain areas of sales team

- This role is a combination of people management as well as hands-on delivery

- Accountable for maintaining the company website and all front-facing properties digitally
