About the role
We are searching for an experienced Marketer to lead our marketing initiatives & be part of the core team.
The charter for this role will include :
- Owning top-of-the-funnel metrics for the business - this includes leads, registrations, trials, purchases.
- Create & manage marketing campaigns; Own success of the campaigns across channels
- Manage/Execute offline events like conferences/sponsorships/exporter fairs etc.
- Optimizing each part of the purchase funnel (move metrics across the funnel). This means you will have to be a ninja at stakeholder management - work with the product, sales & inside sales.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry bodies such as exporter associations; leverage relationships to develop and execute webinars, field events and product launches
1. Along with optimizing the funnel, you will be working on:
2. Developing a GTM playbook for SaaS & marketplace verticals
3. Identifying new categories/countries to expand, create and drive expansion plans
4. Building a brand-strategy to establish platform for all exporters
Here's what we're looking for:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing (at least 2 years in B2B Marketing), with experience in running field & online campaigns
- Have an entrepreneurial approach; a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end
- Love ambiguity and thrive in chaos
