Position: AVP Marketing  Reporting to: CEO  Location- Gurgaon  Responsibilities and Duties  Marketing Strategy  - Provide marketing leadership by creating a vision and strategy for the brand according to the long term opportunities and needs of the specific region.  - Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies for all its offerings with a view to growing existing business and establishing new markets and creating Product and Brand awareness.   Implementation of Strategy  - Oversee execution of both internal and external communication for the organization.  - Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.  - Leverage various ATL channels like Social, Digital, Influencer Marking, PR etc. and BTL channels like events to distribute the content.  - Wherever required, Select and manage vendors to execute the marketing strategy.  Marketing Analytics and Insights  - Responsible for continuously assessing current market trend to build a unique compelling value proposition for the solutions.   - Continuously track performance of various marketing initiatives and spend to tweak the strategy to deliver the best possible results for the business.  Team Management  - Lead and nurture the marketing team by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis and ensuring continuous development of the team.  Qualifications:  MBA - Sales & Marketing (Tier 1 Institutes preferred)  Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marketing  Should have experience in product marketing  Digital marketing knowledge and experience is must   Understanding of B2B selling as well as PR
