- To build the Customer Engagement platform for all customers of Asset Management, including our end customers (HNIs/ Corporates/ Institutions) as well as our distribution partners (Private Banks and Wealth Managers). The whole objective of this role will be to help build visibility and association for brand Asset Management.

Customer / Partner Engagement :

- Build and manage Social Media properties of Asset Management

- Ensure regular flow of business updates, milestones, thought leadership content

- Curate and Host - In-person Seminars, Webinars, Conference Calls, Knowledge Series, Crystal Gazing interview sessions, RoundTable Discussions

- Create properties such as an Annual Alternative Investments Conference for all Partners

- Client events during the lifecycle of a product: Fundraising, quarterly update webinars

Product Marketing :

- Creating engaging, relevant marketing collateral - creatives and informative product content in different formats (product led or creative/ topical)

- Ideation with agencies/ by self, driving execution with designers, managing internal sign-offs, dissemination to sales/ partners

- Drive new fund launch campaigns including all key investor communication requirements (product videos, emailers etc).

- Supporting distributor/ partner requirements: ensuring end to end execution of complete campaigns

- Content writing for business/ product/org. announcements/websites. Creation/design of product pitches/presentations/brochures

- Positioning - Identify & Secure Speaking Engagements at relevant events

- MBA Preferred from Tier 1/2 B-School

- Asset Management/ Wealth Management

Technical & Behavioural Competencies:

- Understanding of Indian Asset Management Industry, Capital Markets, Private Markets

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Content writing/ editing based on provided subject matter

- Creativity in content / design / ideation

- Cross-team collaboration and vendor management

- Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to develop and leverage networks
