AVP - Marketing Communication - Professional Services (3-5 yrs)
We are hiring a Marketing &Communication Head for our client company who is a leader is Insurance sector industry.
Requirements :
- Develop effective corporate communication strategies
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
- Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website
- Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
- Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to produce copy for advertisements or articles
- Perform damage control- in cases of bad publicity
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
Technical Skills :
- MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Basic understanding of design software
General Skills :
- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.
- Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication / presentation skills
- Good understanding of project & campaign management
- Marketing skills
Preferred candidate profile :
Prior Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance industry.
- Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC
- Corporation and PSU clients.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
Education/Qualification : MBA from a reputed B School/Post Graduate with industry experience in Insurance Sector
