- Driving sales enablement and distributor engagement
- Interface with key sales stakeholders PAN India to enable and drive performance.
- Creation of merchandise, tools, events and other collaterals to enable distributor engagements.
- Managing sales led on ground events (self and agency)
- Creation of tactical BTL snippets - contextual, seasonal etc.
- Own relationships with various agencies across the above
- Manage a team with the following responsibilities.
- Initiator and process owner of campaigns both brand and IAP including creative development, deployment.
- Custodian of the IAP initiatives and responsible for IAP budgets utilization, process and audit.
Roles & Responsibilities :
BTL & Distribution Engagement/ Events:
- Develop creatives/ collaterals through the agency as per guidelines, Effective and timely feedback.
- Distributor events strategy execution end to end (Briefing the agencies on the campaigns)
- Event management for One Day @ Bandhan and their likes
- Expenses management
- Work with distributors the large ones on the customization requirements wrt the collaterals and the campaign launch planned
- Sales support and coordination
- Event logistical requirements for smooth execution
Social Media:
- Social media engagement through various social media platforms like LI, TW, IG, FB
- Ideation with the agency and creative - Develop creatives through the agency as per guidelines, Effective and timely feedback.
- Analyzing campaign responses and reworking for better response rates
- Creatives for all sales/ co-branded
IAP:
- Ideate/ curate IAP calendarized initiatives across the year
- On ground events and sessions plans (distributor led, outsourced, self-initiated)
- Scheduling & Coordination of events
- Program regulatory reporting & dashboard
- Recording and reconciliation of events & reporting to SEBI
- MIS
- Vendor Management - placing orders, re-orders and timely delivery, QC
- Logistics end to end - Material management, branch coordination
- Vendor bills processing for all transactions across sub departments
Graphics:
- Develop innovative graphic designs (using software's) for various communication media such as One Pagers, Multiple size adapts, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing material.
- Obtain inputs to ensure that designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
Academic : Any Postgraduate
Years Of experience : 10 to 12
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience in marketing; experience with BTL and brand execution profiles and risen from the ranks of driven all the roles listed above
- Someone with experience in the BFSI sector would be the first preference but someone with trade/ services marketing roles with large size brands across sectors would be a good choice too.
- Sharpness in execution with strong eye for details
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
A team player with strong team handling experience, and a contagious internal drive.
