AVP/Manager - Procurement - Investment Bank (10-12 yrs)
We are hiring for AVP/Manager - Procurement : Top Global Investment Bank: Mumbai (Malad)
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for managing operational task related to Vendor Invoice processing, Contract administration, contingent and consultant onboarding, MIS, Vendor performance reviews, developing analytics and reporting for senior management.
- Timely processing of vendor invoices on a monthly basis. Assist with organizing and coordinating recruitment.
- Coordination and diligent follow-up with managers/vendors for invoice settlements
- Sending out monthly inputs to vendors for invoicing.
- Replying to vendors on Invoices related queries and status
- Carry out all the required documentation of vendor master agreements, etc.
- Entering of contracts in Ariba tool etc.
- Knowledge/understanding of the terms and clauses in vendor contracts will be an added advantage.
- Ensuring the vendors complete the Financial Viability Assessment.
- Contingent and Consultant onboarding process.
- Periodic reporting of performance metrics/ MIS (monthly/quarterly) and other Adhoc metrics.
- Update/ document relevant policies and procedures
- Identifying and reporting/ escalating potential areas of risk.
